Introduction To Hawaiian Huna Kane

This course will serve as an introduction to Hawaiian Huna Kane. Huna Kane is the “inner knowing of the Higher Self”. It can be described as massage for Body, Mind and Spirit. Participants will be introduced to the process of accessing inner wisdom in order to create balance and peace within oneself. Topics covered will include:

Huna Principles & Philosophy
Aloha Spirit
Learning the Dance of Creation & the Ha breath
Kofutu Symbol system
Demonstrations of Higher Alignment, Body Mapping - Back & Front, and High Altaring

Foundations of Huna Kane
42 hours (6 days) $700 + GST

Pre-requisite: Introduction to Hawaiian Huna Kane

‘Foundations’ is a more in-depth experience which will elaborate on the concepts of a portion of the materials covered during the Introductory weekend. Topics to cover:

Creating Sacred Ceremony incorporating the elements & the four directions
Reviewing Kofutu symbols & sharing Kofutu through meditation
Effective prayer
Dance of Creation & Ha breath
Experience Re-birthing
Learning the basics of the Alignment process

Alignment & Body Mapping
42 hours (6 days) $700 + GST

Pre-requisite: Introduction to Hawaiian Huna Kane, Foundations of Huna Kane, minimum 2 sessions Huna Kane prior to the beginning of the course.

This is the hands-on aspect of Huna Kane. Topics covered:

Back & Front Body mapping (receive & learn to share)
Trance work (re-frames, Milton models, rapport, trance-state inductions/ processes)
Pre-interview
Creating scripts for use during sessions
Demonstration of the application of the Principles of Huna Kane
Business start-up hints

High Altaring
16 hours (Fri. eve, Sat., & Sun.) $275 + GST

Pre-requisite: One High Altaring session, Alignment & Body Mapping, completed 5 back & 5 front sessions

This intensive weekend will review, in depth, the application of the Dance of the Creation as it is used in the High Altaring process. Students will receive & learn to share High Altaring.

Create Healthy Boundaries - Lovingly Say “NO”!

Are your personal boundaries a bit blurred? Are you a little out of focus? Are you one of those people who just can’t say “No”? Do you feel guilty just thinking about saying ‘no’ to a request? Do you then feel angry, frustrated, resentful, etc? Do you beat up on yourself for getting into the situation? Do you procrastinate in completing those projects? Would you like to change those thoughts, reactions and feelings? Learn to say 'yes' to yourself and lovingly say ‘no’ to others in this one-day workshop.

G.L.: I found the workshop very good in understanding that it is "OK" to say NO. In reviewing the material that you provided, and my notes of the workshop later on, I also realized why I had a hard time saying NO. I have been able to say NO to many more things that I really don't want to do and found out that the consequences were not what I expected. I am still working on a major NO problem. When the timing is right, I have the confidence and know how to prepare myself for the opportunity in a much better way than I would have prior the workshop.

Reviewing the handout material I find is a must to reinforce the memories of that workshop day.
